It costs our team over 40,000 to compete effectively. This includes cost for constructing a robot, entry fees, and transportation cost to regional competitions (Los Angeles, CA and Phoenix, AZ). We anticipate rasing the seed money from our corporate sponsors, so that there is little or no cost to the participating students. If the team needs to travel to the National Finals competition in Atlanta, GA, the cost escalates substantially. For this reason, our team needs to plan well in advanced of our competitions
