RAWC Mission Statement

"The Robotics Alliance of West Covina ("RAWC") aims to expand intrest in technology and engineering within the community, and develop each team member's individual professionalism through team building and problem solving skills. Our goal is to help each team member reach personal goals by promoting gracious professionalism."

2002 Season (Rookie Year)

 Southern California Regional- our first competition

  • Ranked 24th out of 64 teams
  • Member of the Semi-finalist alliance

F.I.R.S.T. Robotics National Championship (Florida)

  • Highest ranking rookie team (Trophy awarded)
  • Ranked 21st out of 75 teams in our division

Chatsworth High School Summer Classic '02

  • 3rd place in truck pull
  • 2nd place in obstacle course
  • 2nd place in tug-of-war
  • 5th place in over-all competition                    

2003 Season

        Chatsworth Scrimmage

  • Winners (Trophy Awarded)

      Arizona regional

  • Ranked 11th out of 36 teams
  • 1st ever Arizona Regional Champions (Trophy awarded)

Southern California regional

  • Ranked 1st out of 64 teams
  • So cal Regional Finalist (Trophy awarded)
  • GM indutreal design award (Trophy awarded)
