FIRST Mission Statement
First, (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology), is a non-profit organization that helps provide high school students with essential information and equipment to develop intrest and skills in science and technology. They also design innovative programs that help build knowldge, a develop self-confidence and life skills. Through regional and national events, students given opportunities to interact, help, and compete with other high school students. By attending these events, students learn the value of teamwork, hardwork, and the willingness to strive for knowldge, and the importance of science and technology in our lives
